""The decision to sell my home was not a difficult one to make, but the process of actually selling it was something I did not look forward to. Geoffrey Apple was truly wonderful in helping me through the sale; he was with me the entire time, reassuring me that my home would sell (when I began to have doubts), and respecting my wishes about how and when to open my home for tours. Geoffrey was invaluable in advising me about contingency clauses (I had not found a replacement home) to include in the contract. Geoffrey Apple maintained face-to-face contact with me as well telephone contact during the entire process of listing and then selling my property. Telephone calls were always easy to make and when necessary, Geoffrey returned calls with great promptness. He explained what to expect and when things would happen. He was discrete in offering me advice and suggestions and the thoughts and ideas he shared were always excellent and appreciated. Geoff is still there for me; when I have questions about the real estate market, he responds immediately and always has patience with my questions.

Geoff readily picks up on a person?s preferences in homes?what they like, love, and hate. He listens to you and really hears what you are saying. I recently asked him to keep an eye out for me on Sebastopol home listings and Geoff immediately remembered my preferences so that we did not have to waste time in looking at property that was not my style. Because of his intuitive ability in working with people, Geoff makes the home buying and selling process a personal one based on the client?s needs and wishes, not his!

There was never a doubt in my mind that every action Geoff took was in my best interest. Geoffrey Apple is an honest individual who truly cares about the individuals with whom he works.
