I love what I do. What could be better than helping people find property in this paradise we live in? My enthusiasm for living in Sonoma County with it's blooming apple trees, fruiting vineyards, mountain views and small town feeling is easily contagious. If you are my client, I am your agent. I don't hand you off to an assistant. I pride myself on professionalism, dedication, good communication, networking, and positive attitude. Whether it's your first home, that ranch you always wanted, a little getaway in the country, or a big vineyard to add to your portfolio, I have 11 years of experience and knowledge in all of those areas and more that will competently get you where you want to be.
As a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, as well as the Sebastopol Council of Realtors, I practice a high standard of professional ethics. I regularly update my knowledge through classes such as real estate law, appraisal, ethics, finance, taxes and more. I have also completed the Country Properties Graduate series of classes.
When you do business with me, you are supporting your community. $200-$500 of every closed escrow goes to local schools and charitable organizations. I have donated hundreds of hours to Cool Schools, the Global Climate Protection Campaign, the Town Hall Coalition for environmental protection of our community, local schools, youth groups, Kiwanis Club, and more.
