I am a fourth generation Sebastopol resident on my father's side and my mother's family lived in St Helena & Cobb areas for 3 generations so I guess you could say I am a local with deep roots. Both sides of my family have roots in agriculture; and I am farming today some of the Zinfandel grapes my grandfather planted in 1906. My family and I expanded and replanted our farm with some new Pinot Noir and Petite Sirah in 2000. I have been into horses all my life competing in varied horse competitions from Sebastopol Wrangler's playdays to Cal State Convention 3 Day Event. I also was the horseback riding concessioner for Redwood National Park for a number of years while my children were growing up. My husband has been a general engineering contractor for 35 years.
So what does this have to do with Real Estate? It means that if you are looking for rural property in our beautiful Sonoma County, I can help you find suitable land for your agricultural project, horses, sheep, cows, apples, grapes or whatever; or if you have questions about wells and septic systems, I probably have the answers or know how to get the answers.
